Processing time
Every curtain is made to order. Once you place your order, we cut and sew your panel before it ships — we don't pull from existing stock.
Standard orders ship within [X–X business days]. Custom size or custom pattern requests may take up to [X business days]. If anything comes up that pushes that window, we'll message you directly.

Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the number is issued.
Customs and import duties
Shipments leaving Turkey may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or VAT in the destination country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility — we have no control over them and can't predict what they'll be.
If you're in the EU, UK, or Australia, it's worth checking your country's import thresholds before ordering.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking shows no movement for more than [X business days], get in touch and we'll look into it. Packages marked as delivered but not received should be reported within [X days] of the delivery date.
We're not able to refund or replace orders lost due to an incorrect address provided at checkout — please double-check your shipping details before confirming your order.
